Exiting the gym today, I got to thinking about the show and how tweaking rituals can transform attitudes.
The front desk employee at my gym routinely delivers what might be the most inspirational send-off ever. All gyms should instruct their front desk to do this. The proper goodbye at the gym shouldn’t be “have a nice day” or “thanks for coming.”
Instead, it’s simply: “See you tomorrow.”
