Nice job but we need to see some sweat to prove you’re breathing hard after 1:18. Aerobic fans want to know what was your ending heart rate?
You need to figure out a way to vary the camera focal length–meaning your video would be more compelling with some close-ups. But that would involve making video with two cameras simultaneously. Your gym would probably let you borrow a camera– just give them a sign in the background.
